The walls around this abandoned factory aren't easy to climb and don't have any holes.
There's the guard (Georges), the dog and the wife (listed in order of increasing danger).

The factory is completely overgrown by a dense jungle and populated by all sorts of small wildlife that doesn't seem to be bothered by the massive pollution.
